DALRO recognises that members of the community are usually the first to know about unauthorised use of works.
DALRO appeals to any person with information about suspected or real unauthorised use of dramatic, literary and artistic works to report such unauthorised use. You may make an anonymous report. Whether or not you have elected to remain anonymous, DALRO will not disclose your identity and details to the infringing user.
Whistle-blowers are requested to set out the details of the infringement, where possible giving names, dates, proof of the infringement and the reasons they suspect that the usage is unauthorised. Whistle-blowers are also encouraged to report early as this enables DALRO to take action earlier to stop the infringement and enable compliance by the infringing user.
